"The owner is very unprofessional. They promised and did not deliver on time. They don’t bother to apologise rather kept suit as ransom and harassed for delivery. Later attempts to personally collect suit also failed , I was denied trial and then denied the handover of suit and even saree which was just there for fall/ peeku. My suit material and saree is still with her without any regrets. Once you give the suit for stitching expect yourself to be pleading to the boutique for delivery even after multiple rounds to collect. If you don’t then you won’t get the delivery at all."

"Shop owner and staffs are both very rude and unprofessional. I gave 4 dresses and gave me an alloted time which was 2 days before Diwali. I went on the specific day and show the dresses was not completed. I had to go my home town also. My train was about to leave on 6 hours from that point of time. They told me to wait, I wait for 4 hour then also the cloths was not upto the mark. They spoil my dresses. Finally I had to leave my Diwalies Dress on the shop and went to catch my train. I recommend don,t preferred this shop."
